Delta T Construction Builds New Food Processing, Cold Storage Facility for Garlic Bread Manufacturer
Delta T Construction built a major food processing and cold storage addition for Joseph Campione Inc. in Oak Creek, Wis.
Work involved complete construction of a two-story, 102,016-square-foot addition to the existing 140,000-square-foot facility just south of Milwaukee.
The new addition allows for additional production lines, ovens, storage, refrigeration, and an office and lobby addition. There is also be an 8-bay loading dock, tucked into the southeast corner of the building.
In terms of architecture, the entire west elevation of the new addition as well as the two-story office portion of the south elevation is brick and glass.
Joseph Campione Inc. was established in 1960 and makes frozen garlic bread, cheese bread, Texas toast, breadsticks and other varieties of frozen bread for retail sales and the food service industry.
